In this mode, the player has to recruit the other people of his city which are fed up of invaders and are ready to fight against them. The player can select a single player mode where he is allowed to complete the missions and the challenges. It allows its users to play in Single player mode and Multi-Player mode.

In Freedom Fighters the player has been given the two types of mode to play in. People have been looking for its Android version but there is no official news about Android edition. Critics received this video-game well and gave good scores to it.

It was released in 2003 in all around the world and was awarded many awards in the same year. Initially when it was released the developers put a price on each copy of the video-game, but later when they earned quite a bit of money from it they released it in full version.
